approximately 39,000 sq. ft. of waterfront land.

2 DeHavilland Otters - 1000 HP PZL engines with 7850 floats and gear
2 DeHavilland DHC2 Beavers, 1 Cessna 185 (1976), 1 Cessna 180 (1956

It is our intent to sell everything 'enbloc'. However, if we
are not successful, we will be accepting offers on the individual
camps and airplanes as listed above, after September 1, 2011. Our
asking price is 6.25 million dollars, cash request in Canadian
Dollars.
Please: No phone calls, only written letters, faxes or
emails indicating expressions of interest and financing or purchase
price monies available in full.
Replacement values of all camps, docks, building, aircraft
and spare parts, etc. plus land values are in the excess of 10
million dollars.
Real Estate firms and agents are invited to submit a
comprehensive proposal for a possible listing.
