Location

North Bay, Ontario is at the juncture of highways 11 & 17. These two highways are the major North/South and East/West highways in the province of Ontario. Because of this North Bay is a major transportation hub for rail, road and digital traffic in Canada’s major economic province.  Due to its unique location and distance from major southern centers and Northern Ontario, North Bay has long been the first stop for commercial travelers from Ottawa and Toronto doing the “Northern circuit” of North Bay, Sudbury, Timmins and Sault Ste. Marie.  With its proximity to Toronto, North Bay is also a major tourist destination for people from Southern Ontario. North Bay has lakes, natural forests and extensive trail networks making it a popular choice of hunters, fishers, snowmobilers and many others seeking both adventure and quite solitude.

• 1 – 2 Bedroom Chalet – 2 double beds and hide-a-bed
• 1 – 3 Bedroom Chalet – 3 double beds and hide-a-bed

Rates range from $115.00 to $350.00 per night average year round.  All unites include full washroom facilities with tub and/or shower, heating in winter and air conditioning in summer, TV with cable and VCR and free movie rentals. Rental includes in-room coffee maker and complimentary muffins and newspaper delivered to your room in the morning.

The Sunset’s infrastructure also included full laundry facilities and all housekeeping equipment. There is a complete inventory of linens, towels and in room amenities.  Financials and more information will be provided to qualified buyers with signed nondisclosure agreement.
